    Staff report SANDIA PARK — The Portales High softball team brought its bats to East Mountain and displayed them all afternoon in a 22-0, 15-2 sweep of the Timberwolves in the District 4-4A opener for both teams. In the first game, the Lady Rams (8-6) took over right from the start with 14 runs in the first inning and eight more in the second on 24 hits.
