    MULESHOE - Two Texas men face felony theft charges in Muleshoe, accused of conspiring to steal more than $10,000 in bovine antibiotics.     CLOVIS - A Clovis man convicted last month of hitting a young child at a restaurant was sentenced Tuesday to a year in jail and over three years of supervised probation following.
