    An estimated 100 people turned out for Saturday’s Great American Cleanup in Clovis, according to Clovis Assistant City Manager Claire Burroughes. “It was great weather for the activity and everyone was in high spirits,” Burroughes said. During the Saturday event 401 bags of trash were collected. Burroughes provided figures showing last year’s participation was 66 people who picked up 124 bags of trash.
