Rock 'n' Roll Museum closed for construction

The Norman and Vi Petty Rock ‘n’ Roll Museum in the Clovis-Curry County Chamber of Commerce building will be closed until the end of the year.

According to a Friday social media posting from the Chamber, the closure is due to construction.

Chamber Executive Director Ernie Kos explained in an email the closure was planned.

“(We) are ready to get started on the construction and development of the Clovis Sound Studios. We are very excited about the design plans with the demolition to begin in the next week,” Kos wrote.
