ENMRSH employee wins national award

A Clovis ENMRSH employee has picked up a national award from the American Network of Community Options and Resources.

According to an ANCOR news release, Anthony Chavez, a direct support professional at ENMRSH, has been named the recipient of the 2024 Special Category Award: Innovation Award.

Chavez joins 54 other honorees in the 2024 edition of ANCOR’s annual Direct Support Professional of the Year Awards program.

“ENMRSH, Inc. is grateful that Anthony is part of the team and exemplifies the important role that direct care professionals fulfill for the people served in our programs,” Damian Houfek said in the release.

ANCOR’s awards celebrate the important role DSPs play in ensuring clients have what they need to thrive and be included in the community, according to the news release.

Chavez and the other 2024 honorees were recognized April 10 in Santa Fe during ANCOR’s annual conference.
