    A Roosevelt County detention officer is facing petty misdemeanor embezzlement charges, accused of stealing prescription drugs from an inmate. Carolina Gonzalez, 27, of Clovis, is the second detention officer this year to be accused of stealing drugs from inmates.     PNT staff reports Portales and Floyd Fire Departments responded to a hay fire on Highway 236 at Anderson Dairy this morning at 8:30 a.m. No one was injured in the fire that burned 20 bales of hay, said Lt.     A former Eastern New Mexico University student body president died after rolling his vehicle Sunday in Texas, according to the university and the Amarillo Globe-News.
