Excavation work begins Monday

CLOVIS — Excavation work will begin Monday on a groundwater remediation system on North Prince Street between York Drive and 21st Street, according to a city release.

The work by Enviroworks, which will allow for the installation of PVC conduit, is anticipated to run through April and impact the southwest portions of parking lots near surrounding businesses.

The job will require construction work in February on the southeast corner of Commerce Way and Prince, with boring across Prince. The release said this task would happen sometime during February, with work anticipated to cover one day.
