Teri Ann Wall was born May 22, 1955, in Portales to the home of Daphne Jean (Reed) and Andy Lee Wall and passed from this life on the morning of May 7, 2024, at her home in Clovis. Teri was a 1973 graduate of Portales High School. She was a faithful member of the Calvary Baptist Church for all her life. Since the death of her father in 2023, she had attended the Highland Baptist Church in Clovis.

Teri loved to bowl, and she was very active in Special Olympics where she competed in bowling and track and field. In addition, Terri was involved with The Arc, where she participated in various activities and was also able to find employment. She had worked at the Levi Straus plant in the assembly line, as well as at Cannon Air Force Base on a cleaning crew.

Family was very important to Teri. She made her home with her parents for many years. Among the activities they enjoyed together was to go camping, and she and her father continued those trips until only two or three years ago. Approximately 40 years ago she became the very first resident of Gatewood Village apartments in Clovis. While living there, she took meticulous care of her own yard, and often helped others to tend to the weeds in their yards as well. Another of her favorite things in Clovis was the Foxy Drive-In, where she loved to eat the taquitos. In fact, she was one of the few who actually had a charge account at the restaurant.

Although challenged in many ways, Teri was gifted in mathematics, and could calculate large numbers in her head very quickly. Teri also had a great memory for dates and events. Another of her talents was music. She could simply hear a song and reproduce it on the piano by ear. Teri loved to play the piano and sing hymns.

She is survived by her brother, J. Keith Wall of Clovis, her aunts and uncles, Earnest and Maye Wall of Portales and Etta Marie Wall Gilbert of Plainview, TX as well as several cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother in 2002, her father in 2023 and her brother, Alan in 2021.
