Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
The city of Clovis will hold a public meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday in the North Annex of the Clovis-Carver Public Library to discuss major projects or purchases that should be included on the city’s Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plan.
The plan is revised each year to show major projects the city hopes to accomplish within the next five years.
State legislators use the Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plans to decide which projects will receive state capital outlay funding in subsequent years.
