    Clovis police on Monday arrested a 17-year-old on a murder warrant out of Pima County, Ariz. The teen was also identified as a suspect in the weekend shooting death of Clovis' Isayah Montano, 18, according to a police news release.     The Clovis Fire Department on Tuesday morning is scheduled to conduct a controlled burn at Ned Houk Park. The burn is slated to begin at 7 a.m. and last 8-10 hours, according to a city news release.
