• Clovis Municipal Schools is selling a family pass for the 2019-20 athletic year.

The $130 pass will be valid for two parents and three schoolchildren for admission to any home game for any team in the Clovis district from middle school to high school, with the exception of Clovis High School football games and playoff games in any sport.

Passes are available at the CHS athletic office.

• The Roosevelt General Hospital Foundation is hosting its fifth annual skeet shoot to benefit RGH.

The shoot is scheduled for 8 a.m. Saturday at Idsinga Dairy located at 43351 US Highway 70 in Portales.

The competition is expected to take five hours and has four divisions — youth, adult mixed, team and women. Entry fees range from $35 to $175, and numerous raffles are held during the event.

• The Eastern New Mexico University softball program will have a pair of camps this month — a prospect elite camps Sept. 21 and a Lil’ Hounds Camp Sept. 14.

Both camps are at Greyhound Softball Field.

The elite camp is for girls entering grades 9-12, and each respective camp will be held 9 a.m.-4 p.m. with check-in and same-day registration for $60 per player at 8:30 a.m. Each camp will be limited to the first 40 participants that register.

The Lil’ Hound Camp will be held 9 a.m.-noon Sept. 14 for girls or boys, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $30 per participant.
