• A request for approval of a contract with PTS Office Systems, Inc. for copier services at the treasurer’s office

• Discussion regarding Xcel Energy’s application for the Sagamore Wind Project with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission

• A request for closure of South Roosevelt Road 28 for one mile east of South Roosevelt Road AC

• Ratification of the New Mexico Clean and Beautiful Grant application for the 2018 fiscal year

• Establishment of a capitalization and depreciation process for county maintained roads
