Tuesday:

• 5:53 p.m.: Following too close, 2200 block of Mitchell Street.

• 6:01 p.m.: Probation violation, 500 block of Christopher Drive.

• 6:09 p.m.: Domestic violence order violation, 300 block of North Connelly Street.

• 6:20 p.m.: Burglary, aggravated.

• 10:11 p.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 700 block of East 21st Street.

• 11:39 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 1300 block of North Lea Street.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Albert Daye, 29, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), battery against a household member, concealing identity, failure to pay fines, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Anthony Gurule, 21, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Latisha Daniels, 33, probation violation, shoplifting ($250 or less).

• Antonio Tenorio, 54, shoplifting (over $100).
