• Stacy A. Hill-Preston, 45, possession of a controlled substance (felony narcotic drug).
• Aaron Tanner, 44, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), possession of drug paraphernalia.
• John Sandoval, 53, breaking and entering, battery against a household member, criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000), assault against a household member.
