• 10:04 p.m.: Failure to appear (misdemeanor), 900 block of Mitchell Street.

• 10:20 p.m.: Aggravated assault with firearm.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Wednesday:

• William Wilhite, 36, possession of a controlled substance (felony - narcotic drug), probation violation, battery against a household member, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, open container (possession).

• Derek Hall, 33, possession of drug paraphernalia, pedestrians on roadways, driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Tyler Phillips, 31, failure to pay fines, concealing identity, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, open container, failure to display registration plate, driving while license suspended or revoked, negligent use of a deadly weapon (unsafe handling), possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful use or possession of methadone.

• Tim Tipton, 45, warrant contempt of court.

• Danielle Conley, 35, shoplifting ($100 or less).

• Tyrell Smith, 19, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process).
