• 4:14 a.m.: Battery, 1400 block of North Norris Street.

• 6:11 a.m.: Burglary (commercial), 100 block of East Sixth Street.

• 7 a.m.: Criminal damage, 400 block of North Davis Street.

• 10:49 a.m.: Fail to yield from private drive, 700 block of West 21st Street.

• 11:58 a.m.: Failure to comply with conditions of release, 200 block of North Pile Street.

• 12:34 p.m.: Shoplifting, 3500 block of North Prince Street.

• 2:43 p.m.: Animal bite (dog or cat), 2000 block of West 21st Street.

• 3:06 p.m.: Burglary (auto), 700 block of West 21st Street.

• 4:30 p.m.: Fraud ($500-$2,5000), 9000 block of Portales Court.

• 4:59 p.m.: Failure to appear Seventh and West streets.

• 5:11 p.m.: Improper turn, Norris Street and Llano Estacado Boulevard.

• 6:46 p.m.: Resisting, evading obstructing police officer, Fifth and Lea streets.

• 8:05 p.m.: Larceny, 1000 block of Mockingbird Lane.

• 9:33 p.m.: Shoplifting, 800 block of North Hull Street.

• 11:27 p.m.: Resisting, evading obstructing police officer, 600 block of Sunland Drive.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Thursday:

• Anthony Mendoza, 20, criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000), kidnapping (first degree), criminal sexual penetration in the second degree (commission of a felony).

• Laticia Barela, 28, assault (attempted battery).

• Lawrence Caldwell, 53, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Kayden Harmon, 21, battery against a household member, criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

• Damon Smith, 39, child abuse - intentional (no death or great body harm), evidence of registration, battery against a household member, criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000), assault against a household member.

• Anthony Lanaro, 32, warrant failure to appear, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia.
