Church to host motivational speaker
Clovis’ New Life Assembly will host motivational speaker and Purple Heart recipient Dave Roever during its May 8 services.
According to a release from the church, Roever will speak at both the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. services.
Roever, a U.S. Navy veteran injured in the Vietnam War when a grenade exploded in his hand, operates both an evangelistic association and educational assistance program out of Fort Worth.
