• 3: New residential permits in July, the third lowest total for the year behind June (1) and January (0).

• 3,160: Average square footage of the new residential buildings

• 31: New residential permits filed so far for 2015.

• 21: Reroof permits issued in July, topping April (13) for the highest month in the category for 2013. There were 18 different companies applying.

• 74: Total roof permits filed for the year.

• $4,466: Most expensive permit fee, filed for roofing repairs at Southwest Cheese.

• $23.50: Least expensive permit fee with an actual cost, issued for a roofing job on the 300 block of Wallace Street.

• 48: Total permits for July.

• $13,220.50: Permit fees for July.

• 276: Total permits for 2015.

• $73,161; Permit fees for 2015.
