• Anthony Jaramillo, 52, shoplifting ($100 or less), possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of drug paraphernalia, probation violation.

• Dustin Martinez, 33, shoplifting ($250 or less), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Joshua Olivares, 21, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident (property damage), failure to yield.
