Hay-Mefford

Donald and Daris Hay of Portales announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Tonya Hay, of Portales, to Paul Mefford, of Santa Rosa, son of Tircia Garcia of Santa Rosa.

The couple will exchange vows 2 p.m. July 27, 2013, at Portales Church of God. The reception will be at the church fellowship hall.

The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.

Fish-Clemmons

Dee (Mikie) and Lynette Fish of Clovis announce the engagement ad approaching marriage of their daughter, Chesnea Fish of Clovis to Seth Clemmons of Clovis, son of Lonnie and Paula Clemmons of Morse, Texas.

The couple will exchange vows Sept. 28, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Traci’s Greenhouse . The reception will be 7:30 p.m. at Traci’s Greenhouse.

The bride-elect is a 2013 graduate of Wayland Baptist University. She is employed at Clovis Municipal Schools.

The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Angelina College. He is employed at the Clovis Fire Department.
