Press release: Great White, Night Ranger highlight Clovis Music Festival lineup

This year will mark the 26th anniversary of the Clovis Music Festival which honors one of Clovis' most influential and successful residents, world renowned recording artist Norman Petty and his wife, Vi Petty. The event is scheduled to take place September 5-8 at the Curry County Events Center.

Local bands will be featured at the event on Thursday night and Bill Medley & The Righteous Brothers Band as well as "The World's Best Young Elvis," Travis LeDoyt, on Friday night. Featured on Saturday night will be Night Ranger known for their songs: "Sister Christian," "(You Can Still) Rock in America" and "Don't Tell Me You Love Me" and Great White known for their songs: "Once Bitten, Twice Shy," "Rock Me" and "Call It Rock 'n' Roll." Rockin' Gospel will perform at the Norman & Vi Petty Rock and Roll Museum on Sunday.

"We're excited to move into the next generation and draw more people to the history of Clovis," says music festival chairman, Randy Petty.
