My Turn - Card games pass the time

So you all know I'm a Marvel junkie and I've mentioned one of my favorite games is Uno, so what is possibly one of the coolest things I could have found in a mall?

Yes, you guessed it. Marvel Uno.

I love the after-Christmas sales the holiday calendar stores have because you get games you love at half price. I was one happy adult-sized kid when I broke those cards in on Tuesday night.

Along with playing card games, I recently watched a couple of new release films, including "Looper" with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis, which is about individuals, called loopers, who take care of the future mob's enemies by killing them in the past.

As different as the story line is, the movie is well worth watching to see Gordon-Levitt play a character different from any other in his acting career so far. And, he perfectly captures the body language and speech of Bruce Willis, his future self.

Even if it is not your kind of movie as far as synopsis goes, I recommend at least watching it for the acting, if nothing else, to see the Willis/Gordon-Levitt dynamic, along with a Gordon-Levitt you've never seen before.
