Police Blotter - August 17

Here is a sampling of police, sheriff and fire call logs:

Wednesday

1:02 a.m.: Caller reported someone threw rocks at her front window, 200 block of Hull.

1:38 a.m.: Caller reported a beer run, 1200 block of West Seventh.

6:26 a.m.: Caller reported a vehicle's side window was bashed in by a large rock; several items were stolen including a purse, 2000 block of Kent.

9:59 a.m.: Call in reference to a mother and son verbally arguing. Son is calling her names and threatening to hit her, 1000 block of Laurelwood.

10:05 a.m.: Caller found a bag with two needles, a pipe and possibly heroin in the back alley, 700 block of Rencher.

11:51 a.m.: Caller reported an adult male is harassing her and her family, 1200 block of Ross.

11:51 a.m.: Caller reported mom and dad are physically fighting, said dad threw the mom. Caller is a young child and is crying, 1400 block of Traver.

12:39 p.m.: Caller reported someone damaged the water heater and flooded the home, 2900 block of Caesar Chavez.

1:21 p.m.: Caller reported a construction worker was rude, trespassed on the property and is using their water, 100 block of Scottsdale Drive.

3:34 p.m.: Caller reported burglary to a self storage unit, 400 block of Llano Estacado.

4:04 p.m.: Caller reported children throwing trash in her yard, 700 block of East 10th Street.

8:04 p.m.: Caller reported the neighbor's dog jumped the fence, broke its neck and died. The neighbor came over and looked at the dog and left it there. Dog is still in the caller's backyard, 300 block of Maple Street.

8:15 p.m.: Caller reported a male subject who is suicidal. Subject has not taken anything but said if he has to walk to PRMC he'll try to jump in front of a car, 2600 block of Mabry.

8:17 p.m.: Caller reported three juveniles throwing rocks at passing traffic, 1300 block of Edwards.

8:18 p.m.: Caller reported he was battered by another male, 1000 block of Maple.

8:20 p.m.: Caller reported females at a house are physically fighting. One female has a large bat, 300 block of Circle Drive.

Thursday

12:26 a.m.: Caller reported a drunk person is arguing with someone, 100 block of Western Court.

3:52 a.m. Caller reported her daughter beat her up. Caller said daughter also battered her and her other daughter yesterday, 2900 block of Virginia Ave.
