Here is a sampling of police, sheriff and fire calls for:

Thursday

  • 3:26 a.m.: Caller advised a large amount of scrap metal was stolen from his backyard. It was last seen the prior evening, 2800 block of Sheldon Street.
  • 3:27 a.m.: Caller advised someone walked in her front door then walk out when she started yelling, 100 block of Acoma Drive.
  • 11:37 a.m.: Caller advised he was trying to get his personal belongings from his mother but she would not give them to him, 2900 block of Horn Avenue.
  • 1:41 p.m.: Caller received a tip that the house that was raided earlier in the week now has several subjects taking items from it. The residents are incarcerated, 400 block of Dawn Loop.
  • 2:17 p.m.: Caller advised his wife erased all of his emails and he needed to make a report, 2000 block of Fairfield Avenue.
  • 2:47 p.m.: Caller received a call from the power company stating that someone called them to shut off electricity to her residence. She did not call them, 400 block of Georgia Street.
  • 3:18 p.m.: Caller stated there were five juveniles throwing water balloons at passing vehicles, intersection of 14th and Thornton streets.
  • 3:46 p.m.: Caller reported a probation officer ransacked her house while she was not home. Only a family member was present and she is not happy, 200 block of Hickory Street.
  • 4:06 p.m.: Caller reported a starving horse in a stall with no food or water, 500 block of Davis Street.
  • 6:07 p.m.: Caller reported her dog stolen from her yard, 1100 block of Sunrise Boulevard.
  • 7:08 p.m.: Caller advised that a friend lost her phone at the mall and the person who has it is demanding money to return it, 1700 block of West 21st Street.
  • 9:49 p.m.: Caller reported her vehicle window was broken and a friend's purse taken, 1800 block of East 14th Street.
  • 10:05 p.m.: Caller requested a welfare check on a neighbor. The heard a loud noise the night before, had not seen him since and the dog is tearing up the blinds and barking as it had not been let out, 1600 block of Windsor Way.
