Press release: More charges filed against murder suspect

Clovis – June 11, 2012On Friday, June 8, 2012 investigators filed additional criminal charges against 31-year-old homicide suspect Jimmy J. Reagan resulting from the investigation conducted by the 9th Judicial District Major Crimes Unit, after consultation with the 9th Judicial District Attorney Office in Clovis.

Jimmy J. Reagan has been charged with the following charges: One count of Murder, One count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Ten counts of Aggravated Assault, One count of Robbery, Three counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration, Three counts of Interfering with Telecommunications, Three counts of Aggravated Burglary, One count of Larceny, One count of Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Two counts of Kidnapping, Two counts of Criminal Sexual Contact, One count of Attempted Aggravated Burglary, One count of Burglary, Two counts of Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer and One count of Battery on a Police Officer. Suspect Jimmy J. Reagan is being held with "No Bond" on these charges at the Curry County Adult Detention Center in Clovis.

This case has now been handed over to the 9th Judicial District Attorney Office for prosecution, so the Clovis Police Department will not make any further comment or press releases in this case. Any further inquiry will need to be made to the 9th Judicial District Attorney Office in this case.
