Family tradition
Melrose senior Clint Barnard is going to join his older brother, Call, playing football at New Mexico Highlands, says
Buffaloes coach Dickie Roybal.
A quarterback and linebacker, Clint led the Buffaloes to their second straight 8-man state title this season.
He was the 8-man player of the year.
Brother Call Barnard played five games at linebacker as a freshman last season at Highlands, which finished 1-10.
