Chamber: Agency selling ads not part of map project

The Clovis and Curry County Chamber of Commerce is cautioning residents that an out-of-state agency selling advertising space for maps is not connected with the chamber, according to a news release.

A chamber spokesperson said they have received reports the agency is incorrectly representing their product as a chamber project.

The chamber map project doesn’t kick-off until spring 2010.

Currently, the chamber is only selling ads for the annual community profile.
