Former Clovis Mayor David Lansford will address the community 10 a.m. Satuday at the south entrance of the Clovis-Carver Public Library.
Lansford said he plans to discuss local, state and federal policy, and ask for support from local citizens on matters related to Constitutional rights and desired actions by elected officials.
He said he is unlikely to make an announcement of candidacy for public office.
