A Clovis grocery store was robbed at gunpoint Thursday night, according to police.
About 8 p.m., police were called to K’s Oriental Food Store at 1548 Thornton St. for a report of armed robbery. The victim told police a Hispanic male robbed the store at gunpoint and fired one shot while in the store.
No one was injured, police said.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds. He had brown hair and was wearing a dark gray T-shirt, short blue or brown cargo pants, white pants and sunglasses.
