Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County District Court:

Christopher Parker, 19, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. Proceedings suspended and placed on 18 months supervised probation with $20 monthly probation costs and special conditions of full restitution to be determined, 30 hours community service and reporting to probation office within 24 hours.

Harold E. Murphy, 24, pleaded guilty to child abuse. Judgment deferred three years and placed on supervised probation for same period with special conditions of obeying all laws, successfully completing parenting classes, and $100 DNA testing fee. Subject to two years parole release supervision if incarcerated with credit for 27 days served.

Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County Magistrate Court:

Robert L. Messier, 38, pleaded guilty to speeding. Sentenced to $120 fine and fees.

Stacy Lopez, 19, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol. Sentenced to $1,000 fine, all but $200 suspended, $151 court costs, fees and bench warrant fee, and 30 hours community service related to reducing the incidence of driving while intoxicated.

Michael Dorman Jr., 21, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a red light. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special conditions of attending defensive driving school.

Diana Ross, 33, pleaded guilty to open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Sentenced to $84 fine, court costs and fees.

Karen M. Guanell, 38, pleaded innocent to selling alcohol to minors. Found guilty in non-jury trial and sentenced to $151 fine, court costs and fees and 30 hours community service related to reducing the incidence of driving while intoxicated. Allowed to serve additional 29 hours at the Lighthouse in lieu of payment.

Ricardo Cerda, 19, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, no drivers license, careless driving and no insurance. Sentenced to $1,040 fine and fees at $50 per month.

Greg Hromas, 50, pleaded no contest to three counts of allowing dogs to run loose. Sentenced to $303 fine and fees at $50 per month and animal ordered to be destroyed.

Antonio Enriquez, 22, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to minors. Sentenced to $1,000 fine, all suspended, $67 court costs and fees, and 30 hours community service related to reducing the incidence of driving while intoxicated. Granted credit for jail time served in lieu of payment.

Juan A. Casiano, 24, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 57 suspended with credit for 57 days served, and $67 fees. Granted credit for additional jail time served in lieu of payment. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of no contact with victim and payment of victim restitution. Probation allowed to revert to unsupervised status if defendant leaves New Mexico and restitution is paid, but to revert to supervised if victim returns to state.

Dalia Ortegon, 39, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 29 suspended with credit for 29 days served, and $67 fees. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of reporting to probation office within 24 hours. Probation allowed to be transferred to De Baca County.

Victor H. Ornelas, 25, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated, first offense, and no driver’s license. Sentenced to consecutive terms totaling 180 days in county jail, all but 41 suspended with credit for 41 days served, and $570 fine, fees and court costs. Placed on 364 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation fee and special conditions of reporting to probation office within 24 hours of reentry into United States, attending DWI school and MADD victim impact panel, substance abuse screening and treatment, and allowing vehicle ignition interlock installation at own expense.

Samuel Rhodes, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but eight days suspended with credit for eight days served, and $75 court costs and fees; allowed to serve two additional days in lieu of payment. Placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of obeying all laws and not calling unfavorable court attention to himself.

Matthew Stephen Proctor, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Manuel Torres, 19, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 15 days in county jail, all suspended, and $192 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 182 days supervised probation with status allowed to revert to unsupervised after all fines and fees are paid.

Cogui Torres, 27, pleaded guilty to resisting or obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 60 suspended with credit for 26 days served, and $1,067 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period.

Roy Stewart, 37, pleaded guilty to 13 counts of issuing worthless checks less than $25 with intent to defraud. Sentenced to consecutive terms totaling 390 days in county jail, all suspended, and $631 court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for same period with special condition of paying victim restitution. Probation status allowed to revert to unsupervised when restitution is paid.

Juanita Cornett, 48, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, failure to obey traffic control signal, and improper driving on a divided highway. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and $215 court costs and fees. Placed on 182 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of alcohol abuse screening and counseling as required, 48 hours community service, and attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school. Probation transfer allowed to Topeka, Kan.

Carlos Torres, 20, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery on a household member. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $67 fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special condition of not bringing unfavorable court attention to himself.

Steve Plyler, 47, admitted to violating probation on Oct. 28, 2003 conviction for open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, second offense, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, third offense. Probation continued until Oct. 27, 2004, with original conditions of attending MADD victim impact panel, installing vehicle ignition interlock, and alcohol abuse screening with additional conditions of attending weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, receiving extensive outpatient counseling at Mental Health Resources until released from probation, and reporting weekly to probation office for random urine testing.

Stacy Lynn Gowing, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and littering. Sentenced to concurrent terms totaling 364 days in county jail, all but 54 suspended, and $411 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month.

Jennifer Wolfe, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and $215 court costs and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 182 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of alcohol abuse screening and counseling as required, 48 hours community service at the Lighthouse, attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school, and allowing installation of vehicle ignition interlock at own expense.

David Calvert pleaded guilty to battery on a household member and resisting arrest. Sentenced to two consecutive terms of 364 days in county jail, all but 60 suspended, and $114 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with status allowed to revert to unsupervised if defendant leaves New Mexico but must report to probation office if he returns. Allowed to serve additional jail time at $41.20 per day in lieu of payment.

David Calvert, 45, admitted to violating probation on May 28, 2003 conviction for battery on a household member. Probation revoked and new sentence imposed of 364 days in county jail, all but 298 suspended with credit for 208 days served, to continue on probation for 66 days after jail time served.

Jimmy Saiz, 41, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $75 court fees and placed on supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of showing proof each month of $100 child support. Probation status allowed to revert to unsupervised if child support is paid off in full.

Hanna Castillo, 22, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on supervised probation for same period with special conditions of attending anger management classes and alcohol and drug abuse screening, and no contact with a specified person unless otherwise determined by the court.

Chad L. Harmon, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, second offense, and speeding. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and $800 fine and fees at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of $100 donation to MADD and $100 to Crime Stoppers, attending MADD, alcohol abuse screening and treatment as required, allowing vehicle ignition interlock at own expense, and 58 hours community service.

Linda Williams, 48, pleaded guilty to careless driving. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special condition of obeying all laws.

Paula Rodriguez, 48, pleaded no contest to possession of stolen property less than $250. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $67 court costs and fees, and placed on unsupervised probation for same period with special condition of obeying all laws.

Eric Reed, 25, pleaded guilty to larceny less than $250. Judgment deferred 364 days, ordered to pay $67 court costs, and placed on supervised probation with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee and making victim restitution if determined to be necessary.

Joann Lopez pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 11 days suspended with credit for one day served and remainder to be served on weekends, and $1,067 fine, court costs and fees, all but $67 suspended. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period but status allowed to revert to unsupervised at discretion of probation officer.

Kathy Martinez pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but two suspended with credit for one day served, and $67 court costs and fees. Placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period.

DeWayne E. Bryant, 58, pleaded no contest to leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Judgment deferred 90 days, ordered to pay $75 court costs, and placed on 90 days unsupervised probation.

Luis Chavez, 30, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail with none suspended and $1,025 fine, court costs, and fees at $50 per month. Placed on 274 days supervised probation with $35 monthly probation costs and special conditions of reporting to probation office upon reentry to United States, alcohol abuse screening and counseling as required, installing vehicle ignition interlock, and attending MADD victim impact panel and DWI school.

Brigido Espino, 63, pleaded guilty to open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and littering. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and $622 fine, all but $122 suspended. Placed on unsupervised probation for remaining period with special conditions of obeying all laws and notifying court in writing of any address change.

Joseph Martinez, 33, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended and no insurance. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but four suspended to be served on Saturdays and $1,130 fine and fees, all but $130 suspended, to be paid at $50 per month. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with $35 monthly probation fees and special conditions of reporting to probation officer immediately and status allowed to revert to unsupervised if child support payments of $4,000 are caught up and paid in full.

Cheryl Briske, 20, pleaded guilty to concealing identity. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all but three suspended, and $567 fine, court costs and fees, all but $67 suspended. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with status allowed to revert to unsupervised at discretion of probation officer.

Angela Villareal, 28, pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and concealing identity. Sentenced to concurrent terms totaling 182 days in county jail, all but 21 suspended, with remaining term to be served on consecutive weekends, and $1,708 fine, court costs and fees, all but $208 suspended. Allowed to complete additional 40 hours at Lighthouse in lieu of payment. Placed on supervised probation for remaining period with special condition of 16 hours community service.
