Officials anxious over cheese in 2004

Ernie Kos, executive director of the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce, said her hopes for 2004 can be summed up in one word: cheese.
“We’re waiting for the first 600-pound block of cheese to come out of the plant,” she said.
