    A 14-year-old boy is accused of killing both his adopted mom and sister in their Tucumcari home late Monday before another adopted son tackled him, possibly saving the lives of an infant and others who were in the home. The mother, Sue Day, 67, was a foster mom who has taken in between 80 and 100 children over the past seven years.     Marlee Cash carefully placed the tip of her paint brush onto the glass ball in her hand, concentrating as she added more green dots of paint onto it's red background.     PORTALES — A graduate with a guilty conscience has sent Eastern New Mexico University in Portales a box of toilet paper to repay the university for toilet paper he took from a dormitory as a prank he says he played as "a young, immature college student." The box, postmarked Tuesday, from zip code 88203 in Roswell, arrived at ENMU's purchasing department Wednesday.
