    SANTA FE -- The state Board of Finance has awarded the First Judicial District Attorney's Office more than $317,000 to prosecute people connected to the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on set of the Alec Baldwin film "Rust" in October, according to the board's website.     Clovis Municipal Schools have issued a news release about a small fire that forced the evacuation of Clovis High School. The incident happened around 3:05 p.m. Wednesday with what was described as a minor fire in a bathroom trash can. Clovis Fire Department officials responded and declared the school safe for re-entry.     CLOVIS — The Gattis 7th grade football team fell to 1-2 on Sept. 13 when they were defeated at Levelland 46-0. The Cubs opened the season with a 6-0 victory over Marshall on August 29 when Abel Chavira ran 50 yards for a touchdown with about four minutes left. Chavira also helped lead the team defensively, with Lance Ambrus recording a tackle for loss and Payton Kerby recording an interception.
