    9th Security Forces Squadron Have you encountered a stray dog or cat on the base? Cannon now has a method to retrieve these strays. The 27th Fighter Wing has a contract with One 4 All animal rescue organization to retrieve and control stray animals on the main base and in Chavez housing areas. One 4 All is a non-profit agency established in 2004 that recovers abandoned animals and attempts to place them in long term homes.
