    Staff report The district manager of Clovis’ water provider was arrested Friday and charged with driving under the influence, while driving a company vehicle, court records show. New Mexico State Police stopped Brian Daly as he drove an EPCOR vehicle southbound on State Road 209. He was booked into the Curry County jail at 11:53 p.m. Friday and released early Saturday on a $500 cash or surety bond, records show.
