    Cheese industry professionals from all over the world descended on Clovis this week to learn about United States cheese production and operations at Southwest Cheese. Visitors from Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Egypt, the Philippines, and Lebanon toured the cheese plant and a local dairy, and also attended several educational sessions.
