    A 23-year-old Fort Sumner gas station employee is accused of having sexual relations with several underage girls over the last year, according to a New Mexico State Police press release. Phillip Delgadillo is charged with 13 counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor, attempted sexual penetration of a minor, enticement of a child, kidnapping/abduction, intimidation of a witness and other related offenses, the release said. Tom Udall, D-N.M., has requested five CV-22 Ospreys and four MC-130J be designated for Air Force Special Operations Command in order to speed up Cannon Air Force Base’s transition to a special operation’s wing.
