  • Opinion: Water security is a serious issue, but Clovis' outlook is good

    Maybe it’s my upbringing, but as a New Mexican, water security is an issue of great concern for me. It always has been. Since I began serving as mayor, that concern has increased exponentially. Not long after being elected in 2020, the former mayor made a statement to me, which I may never forget.
