Wallace Street to be under construction

Wallace Street will be under construction through Friday.

According to a press release from K. Barnett & Sons, the road from Llano Estacado Boulevard to east Tierra Blanca Road will receive new asphalt surfacing.

Construction is scheduled throughout the week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.. Street parking will not be permitted during these hours and the work area will be closed to all but local traffic.

However, the street will be open outside of construction hours. Street parking will remain limited as equipment will be present on the road.
