The season's biggest snowstorm dropped more than 4-8 inches on Sunday across eastern New Mexico.
National Weather Service predicted Sunday night would be clear and Monday's temperatures would rise into the 50s.
Officials warned roads would be hazardous through Monday morning.
Here are delays and closures reported to The News:
* Clovis Community College will be closed on Monday.
* Portales schools will be on two-hour delay.
* Eastern New Mexico University will be on two-hour delay.
* City of Portales will be on two-hour delay, except for safety personnel.
* Roosevelt County will be on two-hour delay, except for safety personnel.
