Third night added to Music Festival

A laser and light show featuring the music of Pink Floyd will add a third night to the 2024 Clovis Music Festival, organizers announced last week.

The Pink Floyd Laser Spectacular is scheduled for April 18 at the Curry County Events Center.

“The Laser Spectacular has become a cultural phenomenon, carrying fans away on a mind-expanding journey driven by cutting-edge lasers, lighting, and video effects,” promoters said in a news release.

“Pink Floyd’s music is theatrical and visual … You imagine images when you listen to their music, and with no visual stimuli, there is still a show in your mind. Using lasers, lighting, video, and other special effects, what your mind is seeing becomes a reality. That is why people love this show so much. It’s a mind-expanding experience for Floyd fans of all ages.”

The Music Festival is set for April 18-20 at the Events Center all three nights.

The rock band Gin Blossoms and country music’s Kip Moore are the headliners.
