In advance of Wednesday's Change of Command ceremony, Cannon Wing Commander Colonel Terence Taylor, standing with his family, receives "The Key to the City" from Clovis Mayor Mike Morris at Thursday's Clovis City Commission meeting.
An Air Force Change of Command ceremony is set for 9 a.m. today at Cannon Air Force Base.
