Clovis city clerk LeighAnn Melancon and the city's balloting tabulators used in the city's March 1 municipal election.
The mandated recount in the Clovis city commission district 1 balloting will take place Wednesday, March 23.
At least that's the unofficial word, according to Clovis city clerk LeighAnn Melancon.
