• Voted 4-1, with Commission chair Shane Lee casting a “no” vote, to accept an agreement with state to install three miles of fence along North Roosevelt Road AV, using the Albuquerque Fence Co., as an accepted state contractor for the project. The vote followed discussion of complications in getting clearance for the fencing on state land, and a state Land Commission requirement to pay $48,75 just for right of way for the fence. • Authorized letters of intent to apply for Local Government Road Fund grants through the New Mexico Department of Transportation
