Brittany Alert issued for Clovis youth

Willyum Anderson, 12, was last seen about 3:40 p.m. Thursday at Clovis' Marshall Junior High School, police said.

UPDATE: Anderson has been located.

CLOVIS -- New Mexico State Police have issued a Brittany Alert for a 12-year-old Clovis boy.

Clovis police are looking for Willyum Anderson, 12, according to the police news release. Willyum was last seen about 3:40 p.m. Thursday at Marshall Junior High School on Commerce Way.

He is described as 5-foot-4 inches tall and 120 pounds with hazel eyes and dirty blonde hair. He was last seen wearing light-colored sweats, a black jacket, and black shorts, according to the release.

Police ask anyone with information call Clovis PD at 575-769-1921 or dial 911.

A Brittany Alert is issued when a missing person's health or safety is at risk, according to the New Mexico Department of Public Safety.
