Chamber seeking award nominations for 2020

CLOVIS — The Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce does not anticipate being able to hold its normal end-of-year banquet due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but is still seeking nominations for community-minded businesses and individuals who have risen to the occasion with acts of service, be they public or private.

The chamber is seeking nominations for seven awards through 5 p.m. Dec. 31:

• Citizen of the Year

• Chamber Volunteer of the Year

• Business of the Year

• Heart Award

• Ken Huey Patriot of the Year

• Ambassador of the Year

• Lifetime Achievement Award.
