Road work set for Monday

PORTALES — The city of Portales’ public works department is informing residents of Monday work on 18th Street.

The work by J&H Services, Inc., will go from New Mexico Drive to Avenue O. No parking will be allowed on the road during that time.

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes, drive slowly and look for signage and workers while traveling near the project area.
