Golf course to close today

CLOVIS — Colonial Park Golf Course is scheduled to close, beginning today, in response to a recent New Mexico Public Health Order.

A news release from the city of Clovis stated maintenance activities will continue during the closure.

“While we understand people will have access to the golf course, we ask that they respect the closure,” the release said.

The city did not announce a planned date for the course to reopen.
