Portales to hold public hearings

PORTALES — The Portales City Council will hold two public hearings during its regular meeting Tuesday evening addressing an annexation and the altering of the official zoning map for a tract of land known as the Pioneer Village Subdivision.

The council will also consider resolutions to authorize membership in a memorandum of understanding with Elite Medical Transport and consider a resolution to authorize the mayor to sign a Municipal Fire Protection Distribution Application.

The council will also report the official results for this month’s municipal elections.
