Paul's Journey to perform Friday in Portales

PORTALES — University Baptist Church is set to host Paul's Journey, an award-winning Houston-area Christian group.

The performance is set for 6:30 p.m. Friday at the church, located at 1012 W. 15th St.

Paul's Journey is comprised of Rod Treme, Ron Higgins, Brad Davis and Mark Green with David Thornhill on keyboards. The group has performed its ministry for 42 years, and was the 2007 Southern Gospel Music FanFair Group of the Year. The organization also refers to Paul's Journey as one of the country's top five traditional quartets.
